Auxilium S.r.l. owns the registered trademark QORE and directly operates the qore.auxilium.online website and the related operational infrastructure.
The Controller collects the following categories of personal data:
IP address, browser user agent, pages visited, date and time of visits, referrer. Such data are automatically collected by server logs and by analytics tools installed on the site.
First name, last name, email, phone number (optional), profile (retail trader, professional, academy, etc.), message content. Data collected via the site contact form.
For clients subscribing to the QORE service, Auxilium S.r.l. collects and processes: legal name or first/last name, residence or registered office address, tax code and/or VAT number, recipient code or PEC for electronic invoicing, banking details for payments and credits, amount and detail of invoiced services.
Platform access credentials (encrypted), tenant configuration, logs of operations executed on the client broker account. Please note that Auxilium S.r.l. does not custody capital of clients: operating capital always remains at the broker chosen by the client, in the client name.

Processing is carried out with IT tools and with security measures suitable to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper uses, and unauthorized access (art. 32 GDPR). Data are processed exclusively by authorized and trained personnel of the Controller, bound by confidentiality.
Hosting servers: the qore.auxilium.online website and the operational infrastructure are hosted on servers owned by the Controller, located in Italy (Auxilium data center). Personal data are not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

At present Auxilium S.r.l. does not use third-party services for the processing of personal data collected from the website (e.g. external CRM, mailing, ticketing). Any new services will be mentioned by updating this notice and, where required, with new data subject consent.
Personal data are processed and stored exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA), on servers physically located in Italy. No transfers of personal data to countries outside the EEA are planned.
