For each referred client, the partner receives a percentage on both the base fee and the profit-fee, calculated monthly and invoiced with a detailed report.

For structured partners it is possible to co-brand the dashboard and client documentation, keeping the integrity of the underlying system.

The partner follows the student through the decision phase. From contract signed onwards, the QORE team handles all the technical and operational part.

Mutual acquaintance

Initial call to understand the student base, the angle of the education, and the compatibility with QORE.

Partner agreement

Contract with revenue share percentages, duration, referral tracking method, and any exclusivity clauses.

Student onboarding

The partner introduces QORE to their students. Each new client is tagged in DB as referred by the specific partner.

Monthly reporting

Every month the partner receives a detailed report of active tenants, aggregate P&L, accrued revenue share. Automatic invoicing.
